Return Policy

Returns

At Carsocery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Important: Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Selected health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media products (CD, DVD, software, etc.)
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at: support@carsocery.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
