Refund & Return Policy
Returns
At Carsocery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Opened media products (CD, DVD, software, etc.)
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@carsocery.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@carsocery.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
